- Process assigned cases as per stipulated requirements and within targeted time.
- Ensure that timeline and objectives as agreed with superior for any other assignments / projects that may be assigned are met or exceeded.
- Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate / drive / contribute in team activities.
- Attend & get certified for development plans identified to upgrade authority limit/ up skilled and personal development.

Process authorized policy servicing related transactions within the required benchmarks
