    The Cigna office in Kuala Lumpur operates as a "liaison office", providing administrative support to its parent company in Singapore and Hong Kong, in relation with health insurance administration service.

    For our office in Kuala Lumpur we are looking for a Claims Administrative Assistant.
    YOUR JOB
    You are responsible to provide administrative support to Claims team in order to ensure efficient operation of the office. Some of your tasks include but not limited to:

    • Sending a notification to our insured member to request for pending requirement in relation to claim submitted.
    • Providing explanation to insured member for claim approved under exception basis.
    • Informing insured member on the required medical documentation from the treating doctor for future claim submission from the same claim category.
    • Contact provider to request for pending requirements for submitted claims.
    • Triage cases to the respective team members for handling.
    • Review aged pended claim for proper closure in the event of non-receipt of pending requirement.
    • Required to meet daily production target for Indexing.
    • File management and classification of data.
    • Update claims related tracker for monitoring and analysis purpose.
    • Any other tasks as allocated.

    • You possess basic data entry skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.

    • You can accurately handle large quantities of paper and electronic documents.
    • You can prioritize set tasks accordingly.
    • You can work under pressure.
    • You have a can-do attitude.
