- Assist the Trust team in providing a high-quality administrative service to a diverse portfolio of client structures with timeliness and efficiency.
- Updating client database in accordance with standard data convention; assist with maintaining data integrity.
- Arranging all client files into safe custody and/or electronic filing to system in accordance with approved documented procedures.
- familiar with the operating procedures, guidelines, compliance requirement and relevant documentation of the Trust Services.
- Working together with the team to achieve team responsibilities and goals.
- Ensure you continuously update yourself and are familiar with the operating procedures, guidelines, compliance requirement and relevant documentation of the Trust Services.
- Ad hoc task assigned by superiors.
- Diploma holder with business-related disciplines.
- Preferrable 1 year and above of admin relevant experience
- Hands on experiences in using Viewpoint will be added advantages.
- Hands on experiences in Microsoft Office application.
- Average in both spoken and written English.
