    Job purpose

  • Assist the Trust team in providing a high-quality administrative service to a diverse portfolio of client structures with timeliness and efficiency.
  • Key responsibilities

  • Updating client database in accordance with standard data convention; assist with maintaining data integrity.
  • Arranging all client files into safe custody and/or electronic filing to system in accordance with approved documented procedures.
  • familiar with the operating procedures, guidelines, compliance requirement and relevant documentation of the Trust Services.
  • Working together with the team to achieve team responsibilities and goals.
  • Ensure you continuously update yourself and are familiar with the operating procedures, guidelines, compliance requirement and relevant documentation of the Trust Services.
  • Ad hoc task assigned by superiors.
  • Job specific requirements

  • Diploma holder with business-related disciplines.
  • Preferrable 1 year and above of admin relevant experience
  • Hands on experiences in using Viewpoint will be added advantages.
  • Hands on experiences in Microsoft Office application.
  • Average in both spoken and written English.
