- Ensure maintenance strategy is implemented adhered to, reviewed and maintained.
- Maintain a positive relationship with Principal's personnel to assist to achieve the agreed results.
- Manage resources to optimize performance.
- Conduct regular toolbox meetings to ensure a high level of communication on all aspects of the agreement and fleet performance.
- Perform regular reviews to ensure repair target hours are achieved.
- Manage all aspects of warranty relative to the principal's fleet in accordance with Principal's procedure.
