- Handling credit card disputes from customers and merchants.
- Follow-up with customers and merchants or relevant party on required documents and clarification of dispute.
- Handling of dispute resolution with affiliate banks timely in accordance to card scheme rules and regulations.
- Handling cases from Ombudsman of Financial Services.
- Handling inquiries and correspondence with customers and merchants.
- Reconciliation and general ledgers.
- Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Supervisor.
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills, eye for details and able to handle multi-tasking.
- Good English communication and written skills
- Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
- For AVP position, possess domain knowledge in card scheme dispute resolution rules and regulations, and with 5 - 6 years relevant experience
