- Define & develop risk models, calculate technical price based on risk models for retail products
- Maintain rates in the pricing engine to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- File rates with regulatory bodies in compliance with applicable standards.
- Conduct pricing analysis for various products, considering market trends and competitive landscapes.
- Perform financial impact analysis for pricing initiatives
- Undergraduate or Master's degree in Actuarial Science or other Mathematics/Statistics based major
- Work experience in General (Non-Life) Insurance, preferably in non-Motor lines such as Property, Personal Accident, and Health
- Have experience in managing direct reports
- Good progress in internationally-recognized actuarial examinations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High learning agility and work efficiency
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills
- Strong computer application skills in Microsoft Office product suite and programming language (Python, SAS)
