    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying client's organization plans and objectives
    • Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, social media, internet sites
    • Determine applicant requirement by studying job description and job qualification
    • Attracting applicant by posting job advertisement on job site or social media
    • Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicant, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
    • Evaluating applicant by discussing job requirements and applicant qualification with Recruiter Lead/Manager
    • Interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualification
    • Making arrangement on interview appointment and coordinating the process for both applicant and Hiring Manager
    • Recording team meeting minutes report and daily report
    • Completing assigned task given by Recruiter Lead from time to time

    Requirement

    • Diploma / Degree in any relevant industry.
    • Fresher or with 1 year of experience
    • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Proactive and Problem-Solving Attitude
    • Experience: While fresh candidates are welcome, any previous experience in recruitment or a related field would be an advantage.
