    About The Job

    • Own and manage Power distribution product portfolio to profitable growth.
    • Analyze the market, pricing, competitors' and provide support to the Sales team in the assigned geography
    • Provide training to Sales teams about the product portfolio.
    • Frequently Visit end users, specifiers, contractors and actively participate in business development activities.
    • Collaborate with factories on techno-commercial offers, specification and provide inputs about customer needs.
    • Help in identifying and qualifying Installation Partners.
    • Market investigation and research

    Competitor analysis
    • Product Lifecycle Management
    • Help to develop localized training material, catalogues, brochures etc.
    • Help in Product launch/re-launch planning and implementation.

    Pricing
    • Recommendations for pricing/positioning
    • Cost/VCM/Price analysis

    Technical
    • Work with Local technical support personnel, training department and to ensure availability of appropriate technical support in all relevant forms.
    • Provide technical training for sales, tech-support, and service staff.
    • Interact with factories for product discussion, offers, price.
