Overview

Part of the team to deliver complex projects (involving multiple/ senior stakeholders); ensure quality of work & deliverables in projects; do secondary and primary research, analysis to develop deliverables, seen by client as business advisor; take ownership of allocated work; able to work independently

Responsibilities

Conduct market research studies to gather data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in chemicals and food industry

Analyze market data and develop insights to support clients' strategic decisions

Be part of consulting engagements to deliver customized solutions that meet clients' needs and drive business growth

Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities to deepen engagement

Be part of projects from inception to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and monitoring and controlling activities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research and consulting services to clients

Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to clients through reports, presentations, and other forms of documentation

Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred

2-5 years of experience in market research and consulting or chemicals industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and information into actionable insights

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

Proven track record of delivering successful research and consulting engagements and driving business growth

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
