Description

• Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including talent sourcing, screening, attracting, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting integrity check on shortlisted candidates, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through online channels, professional networks, social media and etc
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Conduct interview with candidates via phone, virtual or physical platforms
• Follow up and arrange interview for shortlisted candidates, constantly communicate with candidates and update status of the applications regularly.
  
  

• More than 2 years relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of applicant screening methods as an added advantage
• Good command in English and Mandarin
