- Perform full cycle of the recruitment process including talent sourcing, screening, attracting, shortlisting, interviewing, conducting integrity check on shortlisted candidates, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, professional networks, social media and etc
- Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
- Conduct interview with candidates via phone, virtual or physical platforms
- Follow up and arrange interview for shortlisted candidates, constantly communicate with candidates and update status of the applications regularly.
- More than 2 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of applicant screening methods as an added advantage
- Good command in English and Mandarin
