- Analyse large datasets, build data models and translate these into meaningful insights, business improvement projects or key business reporting
- Create dashboards and other KPI visualization tools to facilitate data access and usage across all levels of our operations
- Deep-dive, find root-causes, propose solutions and help implement them for targeted performance issues
- Prepare structured business cases to evaluate and prioritize potential business opportunities
- Create flow charts, presentations and supporting documentation for the implementation of Regional projects, for both "as-is" and "to-be" process reviews
- Contribute to critical project management phases such as project planning, project communication, and implementation
- Support the end-to-end implementation of business processes and system changes
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Economics or other Quantitative degrees.
- 3-5 years working experience in a process improvement or project management role within manufacturing or logistics companies, ecommerce/internet startups, or consulting firms.
- Advanced Excel skills, SQL and/or other Business Intelligence packages (e.g. Tableau).
- Comfortable to use flow charts and other workflow mapping tools
- Excellent spoken and written English
