- Define practical data protection requirements and solution for BUs and guide AIA staffs to follow.
- Maintain a holistic view of AIA's key data security metrics and define corresponding forward-looking data protection programs/roadmap involving technology, people and process to address the risks.
- Partner with multiple Business Unit information security team, security engineering/monitoring team and external vendors for implementing the solution.
- Define and drive tactical actions to remediate identified data leakage issues as and when they occur timely.
- Establish and sustain data protection process / procedure to govern and control data leakage risk across the organization.
