Senior AR Accountant (AR Lead)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

· Handle day to day Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including but not limited to communication with customers and accounts operations, resolving billing and payment issues.

· Ensure billing documents and cash receipts are processed accurately and timely.

· Prepare AR dashboard.

· Compile and submit billing documents via customer's portals.

· Prepare weekly AR cash forecast.

· Responsible for AR month-end close activities.

· Responsible for internal and external audit requirements.

· Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Finance / Accountancy or relevant studies.

· Minimum 3 years of AR experience.

· Prior experience in SAP or similar ERP is preferred.

· Organized, meticulous, analytical and have a positive work attitude.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Sound knowledge in finance control processes and accounting.

· Drive for continuous improvement.

· Experience in semiconductor/manufacturing industry is preferred.
