    The Incentive, Analytics and Automation Manager is responsible for providing support and is responsible for calculations of HLB and HLISB monthly incentives, performance and consistency bonus across all Channels, Segments and Products. The successful candidate demonstrates expertise combined with technical expertise (SQL programming) and ability in understanding the core business/ industry activities to improve sales productivity and performance. This position reports to the Head, Performance Management, Incentives and Analytics.

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparing accurate and timely incentive calculation for PFS Branches, Loan Specialist, Agency, Direct Sales, Islamic Channel for secured/ unsecured loan, credit card and payment terminal products.
  • Attend and investigate enquiries/ appeals related to incentive calculation and measurement from common mailbox . Addressing appeals, error, omissions from staff based on Incentives paid and errors/omissions, if any, to be amended within timelines.
  • Prepare monthly tracker, dashboard or reporting and explain the major cost variance against budget. Analyze HLB and HLISB sales channel productivity and entails evaluating business schemes and performance, to ensure the productivity runs effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure the incentives are processed timely and accurately. All supporting documents and management approval are documented for review and audit trail.
  • Consistently explore methods to reduce reliance on manual operations for all processes where repetitive and manual inputs are to be automated whenever possible compliance with spreadsheet control.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management skills for managing internal (Business GMs, Finance, HR, IT) and external stakeholders (Vendor).
  • Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Possess a Degree in Business ICT, Finance or Strategy Management.
  • Minimum 6 years working experience with 3 years of experience in a financial institution e.g. commercial bank, trust companies, insurance companies, asset management fund houses etc.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Macro.
  • Proficient working knowledge in SQL programming.
