- Assist in recruitment process by posting job vacancies and schedule interviews.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, policies and procedures.
- Prepare and modify documents including reports, memos and emails.
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- To perform data entry and analysis.
- Respond to customers phone calls and online inquiries.
- Excellent writing and verbal skill in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Human Resource and Administrative role.
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of office management systems, managing schedules and administrative tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive and proactive attitude, willing to learn.
