- Lead and develop a team of Treasury Managers and Treasury Specialists based in multiple locations
- Manage Liquidity for the legal entities (Payment readiness)
- Protect the P/L and BS from Treasury related risks
- Ensure an optimal Equity and liquidity structure for each legal entity
- Regional Cash Management, provide Regional Treasury Advice
- Manage Regional Bank relations
- Secure Treasury compliance, internally and with local regulations
- Represent Treasury in the MA and CU dimension and represent the regional dimension in the Global Treasury organization
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Proven 3-5 years' experience in senior positions within a Treasury function
- Experience with Treasury Systems and automation
- Experience in leading Teams and sophisticated projects
- Knowledgeable in GAAP (i.e. local GAAPs, IFRS, and Group Directives)
- Strong understanding of international financial markets and banking products and a good sense of market information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to interact cross functionally and with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to complete process changes and support strategic goal

About this opportunity
The main responsibility for the Head of Regional Treasury Centres (RTCs) is to lead and manage the Treasury operations for the legal entities within the unit's geographical area of responsibility. This includes managing a team of Treasury Managers and Treasury Specialists, securing payment readiness, manage financial risks, secure compliance with Group Treasury policies, stay current with market trends, governmental regulations and support the business with Treasury expertise advice. Another key responsibility is to provide input to strategic targets and policy formulation, design and support process optimization as well as drive, implement and adhere to the Treasury & Customer Finance vision of the Group.
