    As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Your key responsibilities require you to:

  • Frame and understand key client issues, processes and mandates, defining realistic expectations for the client, team, and PwC.
  • Employ scientific method and be hypothesis-driven to solve business problems, with high-level prioritisation on core issues for the client and problem at hand.
  • Direct and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of complex data, including market and competitor analysis (market size, drivers and dynamics), customer analysis and internal analysis (strategic, business model, financials).
  • Learn, develop and apply methodologies to solve specific client issues.
  • Plan, organise, setup, manage, facilitate, and track projects and workstreams.
  • Write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently in English; to and/or for all audience levels of clients, internal staff and management.
  • Build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive environment, lead teams to generate a vision, leverage diverse views, mentoring and developing team members throughout the course of every engagement.
  • Develop proposals, deliverables and reports using various software tools, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Multi-task and balance time effectively, maintaining a rapid pace without sacrificing quality.
  • Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in management or strategy consulting, M&A advisory, investment banking or corporate development role.
  • Experience with M&A preferred (but not essential).
  • University degree; Master's or MBA preferred (but not essential).
  • Strong proven academic and/or career track record.
  • Business, financial and commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site with our clients for an extended period (up to several months depending on the project).
  • Comfortable building and managing productive, lasting relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
