Job Summary
Expand new wholesales business opportunities for an international shoe & accessory brand across Malaysia.
General Responsibilities
. Assist the Country Manager to draw out commercial strategies including sales and product strategies through wholesales channels.
. Collect new business leads, drive the business negotiation, and close the commercial contracts.
. Forecast, Track & Report performances of assigned wholesales Accounts on (i) weekly, (ii) monthly, (iii) quarterly, and (iv) annual bases
. Monitor continuously of sales and orders to ensure targets are met
. Monitor and report completion, pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and marketing activities.
. Establish and maintain a proactive network of relationships with wholesale clients.
Key Requirements
. Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
. 5+ years of experience in sales and business development role in the Retail industry, shoes, and bags industry as preferred.
. Strong understanding of Malaysia retail business and good network with local retailers.
. Strong analytic skills with a good understanding of omni-channel business and product strategy.
. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
. Ability to create a positive and engaging environment with colleagues.
. Fast learning skills that able to pick up new products knowledge.
. Time management skills.
. Able to travel within Malaysia.
