Job Title: Area Supervisor - Coffee Vending Machines

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of our coffee vending machines. As a Senior Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our machines while providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections of coffee vending machines.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Install and set up new coffee vending machines at client locations.
• Train and supervise junior technicians and service personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repair activities.
• Order and manage spare parts and equipment inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to address complex issues.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients and end-users.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee vending machine technologies and trends.
• Lead team

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Experienced in handling more than 2 subordinate.
• Proven experience as a technician, particularly in the maintenance and repair of coffee vending machines or similar equipment.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Willingness to travel and visit client locations across Malaysia.
• Valid driver's license.
