    We now have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic Inbound Sales Manager/Head of Sales to join our growing Telematics team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role you will be responsible for leading and scaling the inbound sales team. Your role involves developing sales strategies, driving customer engagement, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in the rapidly evolving telematics market.

    What will you be doing as a Sales Manager?
    • Lead the inbound sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets as required by the business.
    • Managing Value-added-Sale cross-selling opportunities to improve customer retention.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Adapt sales strategies in response to market changes and opportunities.
    • Regularly review sales data and performance metrics.
    • Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategies for growth.
    • Creating Innovative solutions working alongside Marketing to acquire new customers.
    • Manage campaigns internally to optimise sales results and pending control.
    • Oversee the management of customer accounts and contracts.
    • Working closely with all internal stakeholders to deliver a 'best in class' service, both in Malaysia and with stakeholders in the global HQ in the UK.
    • Providing feedback and making suggestions to colleagues and other departments in order to improve customer experience and sales results.
    • Managing people development and retention cycle of the Recruitment and Selection process and deliver best-in-class training programmes for agent development.
    • Day to day management of an internal sales team.


    Requirements

    What qualifications/ experience/skills/attributes do you need?
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong leadership skills with a history of successfully managing sales teams.
    • B2B sales experience is a preference
    • Experience in managing outbound sales
    • Experience in coaching people and being able to demonstrate improvement in your teams performance
    • Highly presentable with strong organisational and motivational skills
    • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to operate at all levels internally and externally
    • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
