    Description

    Position Summary

    The IT Intern will be immersed in various facets of Digital & Technology, with a specific focus on Enterprise Architecture and Project Management.

    Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

    You will play an essential role to:

    1. Assisting in the execution of Enterprise Architecture initiatives, including the expansion and enhancement of EA artifacts, applications, and technologies.
    2. Providing support in project management activities, such as planning, coordination, and monitoring of digital projects.
    3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct process mapping exercises and propose to-be processes aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
    4. Support on Implementation of IT Systems: Website Revamp Project, which aims to modernize and optimize our digital presence. Responsibilities may include conducting user research, and contributing to technical design and documentations.
    5. Support to Expand EA Artifacts Applications & Technology: Assist in study and documenting our Enterprise Architecture artifacts, applications, and technology stack, contributing to the evolution and optimization of our technological infrastructure.
    6. Support in Process Mapping & Proposal of To-Be Processes: Collaborate with stakeholders to map existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized to-be processes to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

    To be successful in this intern role, you will need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related discipline with latest CGPA of 3.00
    • Have basic understanding of enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework)
    • Basic understanding of web technologies and digital platforms
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
    • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
