- Jointly plan and execute all activities related to sales and marketing pertaining to outlets, roadshows and events
- Initiate brand building efforts within the allowable budgetary parameter to elevate brand recognition and acceptance in the country.
- Liaise and in-consultation with Marketing Team to ensure long term business plan and brand strategies is align to Group's direction
- Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaign from time to time
- Conduct sales analysis for point of sales to determine "next best action plans".
- Conduct situational studies – market and competitor analysis to assess best viable options.
- Initiate business development plans to expand the business from time to time via viable business channels / models
- Activate "product mapping analysis" to determine effective product and pricing strategy and to effectively manage inventory status
- Logistic planning for products ordered and liaising with delivery department to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Manage and measure staff force performance with periodic evaluations, which include sales, product and motivational training sessions.
- A Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Five (5) years of working experience in retail chain, multi-level marketing or FMCG industries would be advantageous.
- Possess strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful and result-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide project management support
