Job description:

• Implementing comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  
• Dealing with planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects
  
• Reducing risk to prevent potential impacts on project outcomes.
  
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  
• Oversee the implementation of quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  
• Review and manage project contracts, ensuring all parties fulfil their contractual obligations.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency.
  
• Experienced across multiple project phases such as Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction, installation, Commissioning, Star-Up and Warrantee.
  
• Proven experience in managing lump sum contract for Engineering projects for oil and gas industry
  
• Confidently deliver assigned scopes of work independently / remotely from management whilst leading others, with minimal guidance and direction
  
• Take ownership of scopes of work, coordinating the engineering disciplines and supporting functions to deliver successful outcomes
  
  Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in engineering or project management related course
    
  • 10 years or above project management experience dealing with offshore oil and gas projects.
    
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
    
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    
  • Experience with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software.
    
    Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
    
    

    Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
