- Develop and execute the overall wealth client communication strategy.
- Act as a lead editor for investment articles, periodic/ad-hoc product updates and presentation decks.
- Liaise with RWM's marketing team to align messaging and content.
- Maintain and update periodic/ad-hoc client-friendly materials.
- Simplify technical investment jargon and develop engaging contents for client advisory pieces.
- Enhance RWM's branding and online/social media presence as a one-stop investment solutions provider.
- Develop, manage and maintain online content such as articles, videos, podcasts, etc relating to the CIO's houseview.
- Collaborates with the sales team and investment counsellors to determine the relevant advisory required for clients based on prevailing market conditions.
- Track and analyze the performance of investment communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Undergraduate degree in any field for as long as the candidate possesses relevant experience, skills and investment knowledge.
- Investment-related certification/charter will be an added advantage.
- 3 years of relevant experience in wealth management, investment communications, financial marketing or a similar role. Candidates from different industries are also encouraged to apply, if they are strong in language, writing and investments (on different asset classes and macroeconomics).
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and jargon.
- Creative in developing concise yet visually-appealing presentation slides and client materials.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills.

The Investment Communication & Content Specialist is responsible for leading the private and priority wealth client communication strategy, including the development, editing of investment-related content and maintaining a strong online presence to deliver our digital wealth proposition.
This role will also serve as the lead editor for investment articles, periodic/ad-hoc product updates, presentation decks and digital content. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the Regional Wealth Management (RWM) Marketing team to ensure that investment communication materials are streamlined and effective.
