    Description
    In your new role you will:

    • Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.

    • Work as a team between engineers from Manufacturing/Equipment/Technology/Quality to resolve production related quality issues in order to reduce production line disruptions.

    • Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.

    • Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.

    • Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.

    • Manage recipe and procedural control.

    • Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP).

    • Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.You are best equipped for this task if you have:

    1) Master or degree in Engineering/MaterialScience/Physics/Chemistry disciplines or relevant qualifications are required.
    2) Preferably with at least 2 years of Furnace/Diffusion experience with vertical or horizontal furnaces and metrology equipment.
