    With our business expanding at an unexpected pace due to our continuing global expansion, we are seeking a Full-time experienced Customer Operation Supervisor to join our awesome Team in our Malaysia office who is passionate about a long-term career in customer operation and customer processing programs.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Event Development and Execution:
      • Develop and execute a variety of marketing events, including webinars, face-to-face events, expos, and webinars, with a primary focus on the Southeast Asia market.
      • Create comprehensive event documentation, including critical time paths, contact reports, event budgets, and final reports.
    • Sponsorship Management:
      • Identify potential sponsorship opportunities and develop strong relationships with sponsors.
      • Negotiate and secure sponsorships for events to maximize revenue and visibility.
      • Ensure that sponsor commitments are met and benefits are delivered.
    • Internal and External Collaboration:
      • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments, stakeholders, and partners.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate event-related communications through various channels, such as monthly meetings, social media, EDMs, and websites.
    • Data Management:
      • Manage and maintain the event database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
      • Collect feedback from relevant departments for continuous improvement.
    • Logistics and Venue Management:
      • Oversee the end-to-end event planning process, including venue selection, contract negotiation, and logistics coordination.
      • Ensure seamless event execution and exceptional attendee experiences.

    Requirements

    Skills and experience required:

    • At least 2-3 years of relevant event experience with a proven track record in event management
    • Experience in using event registration and delegate management platforms such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Voov Meeting, Eventbrite, Surveymonkey, Clicksend and Teams
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and database skills in particular event management and CRM software
    • Ability to work effectively autonomously and in a team environment
    • Required to be flexible to travel interstate to attend various trade shows when required.
    • Experienced in banking, finance, and accounting- highly regarded however not essential
    • Excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills with strong analytical and negotiation ability
    • Recent and meaningful experience in marketing, events, or sponsorship.
