- Responsible for the success of Shopee's key commercial programs
- Lead key programs and projects with strategic thinking, detailed planning and execution
- Develop and maintain program reports to track initiative performance and drive business outcomes
- Conduct analysis to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement
- Support cross-functional operations and optimise the processes
- 0-5 years of experience in a commercial planning role preferred
- A Bachelor's degree in any field experience in e-Commerce or consulting industry will be an added advantage
- Highly organised and able to carry out tasks independently
- Proven track record of excellent programme management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Innovative problem-solving skills with ability to analyse problems and implement concrete solutions
- Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) is required
