    Key Responsibilities:

    • Process client withdrawals accurately and promptly, ensuring adherence to established procedures and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions vigilantly to promptly identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance and Customer Support teams to address client inquiries and resolve payment-related matters efficiently.
    • Perform regular reconciliations of client accounts to uphold the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of robust internal controls and procedures to mitigate risks associated with financial transactions.
    • Stay abreast of industry regulations, compliance guidelines, and best practices pertaining to financial transactions and fraud prevention.
    • Provide support and assistance to team members to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
    • Maintain meticulous financial records, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly statements in adherence to GAAP principles.
    • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collections.
    • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure transaction accuracy and completeness.
    • Participate actively in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, conducting variance analysis and tracking budget performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry (for senior roles).
    • Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and payment processing systems (for senior roles).
    • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven ability to perform efficiently under pressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
    • Effective prioritization and time management abilities to meet deadlines consistently.
    • Strong ethical standards and a steadfast commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial transactions.
