    Responsibilities:
  • To ensure smooth running of the Door Access System, Office Security Alarm System and CCTV System
  • To monitor Fixed Asset and Branch Tenancy Agreements
  • To assist in property look out for Head Office and Branches
  • To ensure smooth running of the Emergency Evacuation Plan at Head Office
  • To maintain the condition of Company's vehicle and renewal of road tax & insurance
  • Assist in other adhoc projects

  • Degree in any discipline or relevant field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience
  • Possess good writing and analytical skills
  • Good coordination skills with internal and external parties
