- Execute sales strategies in the assigned territory to achieve business sustainability and growth in line with the parameters agreed by the Management.
- Maintain sustainable relationship and provide technical support to aquaculture farmers.
- Provide accurate and timely feedback on aqua customer requirements and farm performance for immediate corrective action.
- Ensure the visitation schedule is followed according to the plan.
- Review and analyse the market intelligence on market size, prices and other forces measured in the bi-monthly review.
- Identify and determine potential farmers in the assigned territory to become key feeder farmer.
- Monitor and analyse customer database in terms of requirements and buying patterns, to meet or exceed their needs.
- Prepare price list, credit terms and strategy before each sales encounter.
- Ensure sales are within the specified credit terms and limitations of the customer.
- Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
- Degree in Biology, Marine Science, Aquaculture or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of working in related field will be an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
