As the Domain Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of core banking system implementation, enhancement, and support projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure successful delivery of core banking solutions.

Requirements

• Strong domain knowledge in core banking systems and processes

• Proven experience in leading end-to-end core banking system implementation projects

• Expertise in Core Banking Platforms like Temenos, Finacle, or Flexcube

• In-depth understanding of banking operations, including accounts, loans, payments, and customer onboarding

• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide subject matter expertise

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the banking industry
