- Supervise manufacturing activities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, safety, cost-effectiveness, and training.
- Ensure quality control in the coating line to maintain product standards.
- Monitor work to adjust to unforeseen circumstances and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate across functions to address issues and enhance manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety policies.
- Foster teamwork within the coating team and across other functions.
- Execute or support improvement initiatives and ensure their implementation.
- Lead initiatives for workplace organization, cleanliness, and sustainability.
- Drive improvements in key performance areas, including production flow and resource management.
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical) is required.
- 8+ years of experience in Operations/Manufacturing, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in people management.
- Preferably experienced in Packaging/Chemicals/Ink/Labels/Digital Printing/Die Cutting.
- Proven track record in leading and managing teams.
- Hands-on experience in modern manufacturing methods and improvement strategies.
- Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
- Strong interpersonal, coaching, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project and program management is desirable.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO standards, or related practices.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills.
