With branch offices across Peninsular Malaysia, IM Global offers a wide range of services including property valuation, real estate agency, auction, and project management. Since its establishment in 2005, IM Global has been actively involved in the property industry and is registered and licensed by the Ministry of Finance and Board of Valuers, Appraisers, and Estate Agents Malaysia.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as a Valuation Executive. The Valuation Executive will be responsible for conducting property valuations, managing feasibility studies, providing consultancy services, and engaging in real estate agency activities. The role will be primarily located in Seremban but will allow flexibility for remote work.

    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge of property valuation and appraisal techniques
    • Experience in conducting feasibility studies and market research
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Good understanding of property market trends and regulations
    • Proficiency in valuation software and tools
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
    • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
    • Professional certification or membership in relevant industry associations
    • Experience in project management and real estate agency activities is a plus
