    Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Undertaking the roles and responsibilities to contribute to Low to Medium complexity projects/enhancements involving UX design of products/services for HLB Digital Banking platforms in-line with Bank's branding guidelines.
  • Interprets business needs / user requirement to identify key current and future customer needs when translating to UX that is customer centric
  • Develop or Support the creation of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps with the necessary copywriting to effectively communicate interaction.
  • Support informal and formal user research using a variety of methods e.g. user interviews or surveys, A/B testing, persona etc.
  • Present or communicate product usability issues, user scenarios, end-to-end experiences to stakeholders.
  • Provide options and suggestions to business teams in order to also transform their processes in order to provide the best customer experience where possible.
  • Conduct Usability testing (UAT) and provide feedback for the purpose of refinement and ensuring solution build meets user experience requirements.
  • Contribute or Review the translation of finalised English copy to Malay/Chinese while maintaining consistency overall for the particular digital banking channel.
  • Develop the knowledge to be the Subject Matter Expert of a minimum of 2 channels and 3 business categories
  • Assist seniors to manage and lead the management forums weekly/biweekly UIUX and/or Digital Communications Forum with CDO and CMO.
