    Job Description

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

    • Responsible to source for candidates based on the requirements provided by the Hiring Manager, in according to the placement needs from client.
    • Provide customer service and translation services to customer from China.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Conduct and deliver recruitment needs based on Client's needs / project secured.
    • Deliver placement needs as per budget and meeting P&L for TSS Business revenues.
    • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
    • Adherence to applicable Quality Management System by exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities in executing, fulfilling and ensuring at all times the compliance of the QMS requirements.
    • Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
    • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

    Qualifications

    • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Preferable 1 year experience in talent acquisition, with ability to communicate with client from China using their local language.
    • Experienced in dealing with diversified business and managing various levels of stakeholders in a MNC environment.
    • Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to HRIS (particularly in SmartRecruiter) is an added advantage.
    • Applicants are able to work remotely and willing to travel nationwide occasionally.

    Additional Information

    • Fluency in Mandarin languages other than English is a MUST.
    • This role will have multiple dotted line internal and external reports as pojects dictate
