- To ensure the branch achieve the target given by management - Regular Premium and Single Premium
- To monitor production and visitation schedule for Bancassurance Consultants (BC)
- To conduct product training for BC and bank executives in their respective branches
- To support bank branches on their activities to promote Bancassurance products on weekdays or weekends such as Wealth Planning event, Roadshow & etc.
- To ensure sales & support and marketing team consistently track outstanding cases, claims settlement and all pending cases.
- To conduct weekly meetings with BC to review their performance and progress.
- To maintain a good teamwork amongst staffs.
- To ensure compliance as per company and regulatory requirements
