Overall purpose

• To support in repairing radio and switching product adhere to ESD regulation and standard Responsibilities

• Able to record every work process that has been set by management in the ERT & REMS system

• Understand the documents and work according to the rules set by the management

• To ensure cleaning tools, cleaning stations are in good condition. Always use PPE as a safety measure when handling work based on the prescribed document

• Able to inspect, identify problems on each unit received based on the S.O.P set by management

• Able to clean unit, paint unit and install sunshield according to the capacity set by the management

• To understand input data from the traveller form, performed PID check to ensure the mismatch unit (product number r-state & serial number.

• Ensure that the warranty seal is affixed, as well as the dust cap/plug available at the position on each unit.

• To create an environment of continuous learning and development that lays the groundwork for technicians to proactively develop themselves.

• To work towards achieving the Delivery Precision that is set by the management

• To contribute on 5S and process in innovation and improvement activities

• Support any repair products in repair areas when necessary.

• To ensure that the products repaired are of high quality standard adhere to ESD regulation and Ericsson standard

• To work towards achieving the delivery precision that is set by the management

• Possess Diploma in Electronic/Electrical or technical certificate from a recognized accreditation.

• Must be flexible to work on shift rotation and work overtime when required

• To work well in a team by being a good player.

• To be able to initiate ideas for changes and improvements

• Able to communicate, read and write in English and Malay

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Electronic Engineering (communication) 'OR'
• Min Diploma in Electronic/Electrical engineering
• Open fresh graduates/SKM holders
• Must be flexible to work on shift rotation and work overtime when required.
• To work well in a team by being a good player
• Salary is starting from RM1800
