- Implement a comprehensive management program for seamless execution from commencement through to completion, in compliance with client's standard and other prevailing standards, within defined schedule and budget.
- Develop Scope of Work and implement the work procedures including performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems.
- Implement continuous quality improvement practices, ensuring initiatives are adhered to maximize the benefits to client accounts, and audit all internal management systems, for quality assurance.
- Ensure all Financial Management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Implement risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental.
- Ensure data integrity of all information and comply with the audit process from time to time.
- Ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for incident and problem reporting including advice to client, account teams, Regional Managers and insurance company.
- Develop initiatives and strategies that lead to cost savings and service improvement.

- Ensure feedback from client are recorded and action taken to the satisfaction of the end user.
- Pro-actively develop and manage client ensuring that the expected service levels are achieved.
- Refer to the Individual Performance Agreement (IPMP) for Key Performance Measures.
- Ensure the KPI Targets for the Account are met.

- Diploma/Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent.
- Technical comprehension and experience in Engineering Project Management with performance-based service contracts and vendor management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Office.
- Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
- Knowledge of occupational safety requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- PMP – Project Management Professional certification would be added advantage.

To provide wide-ranging Project management with a focus on seamless execution in compliance with iMDS/iMCS and EHS requirement. To drive continuous improvement and standardization in parallel with the SLA's and KPIs established by the Client and/or sub–Account Manager. Delivery of services in accordance with client required SOW's for Project Management, Procurement and Critical Environment.
