- Perform month-end closing activities for investment-linked accounting on a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform timely reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, ascertain reasons for variances and follow up actions to clear variances.
- Support new product launches and/or product enhancement by participating in product implementation meeting, setting up new accounting postings, preparation of user requirements for system enhancement, performing user acceptance testing.
- Support system or process enhancement as required to comply with business and statutory requirements.
- Support daily investment-linked funds valuation process by complying to internal controls/ procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support daily investment operation functions including timely investment trade settlement and recording of investment transactions in systems.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities requested by the Management as and when required.
- Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in related field
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Knowledge and experience in using SAP and OPUS is an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in writing business user requirement is an added advantage
- Have a strong sense of commitment, teamwork and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of English - both written and oral
