    Description
    Job Description
    • To carry out the schedule preventive maintenance activities for electrical / mechanical installations and cabling in the lines / workshops.
    • To ensure compliance to safety standards and good practices during operation and or maintenance of the facilities equipment's.
    • Improve machine performance through optimizing the machine parameter based on breakdown records and machine spare parts usage.
    • To assist engineer and participate as teams to carry out project improvements.
    • To assist a daily dust collector & LEV rounds and readings, operation and supervision of Bag Filter operation. Carry out routine preventive maintenance as per DOE requirement.
    • To ensure corrective action implemented immediately if found outliers/ non-compliance. Liaising with the authority (DOE) pertaining to filter bag operation.
    • Attend to facility breakdown and troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance planning and execution according to the maintenance milestone in forecasted Budget.
    • To handle all contractor work permit and maintain FCM quality work at all times. To lead and conduct periodic checking on all tools use by contractor ensure all tolls are in good operation condition and safe for use in Bosch premises.
    Qualifications
    • Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or competency as Chargeman should be an advantage.
    • Good knowledge in Chiller & Air Condition system HVAC
    • Formal Education from Local Technical Institution
    • Good Knowledge and Exposure of Facility process, procedures and technology
    • Computer literate, power point, excel, words, Auto-Cad will be an added advantage.
    • Self-driven, Independent, strong interpersonal communication, self-motivated person, result oriented & team player
    Additional Information
    • Ability to manage personnel time to ensure the success of completion of assignments.
    • Ability to perform multitasking according to priority & keep to a tight schedule.
    • Ability to work with minimum supervision & self-motivation.
    • Possess good analytical & communication skills.
    • Possess good skill in technical report writing.
