    About the Department

    The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group's business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

    Job Responsibilities

    o Manage new or ad-hoc system development and verification for end to end project/system enhancement & implementation
    o Assists to gather change requirements for Model Risk related change, i.e. Basel Model Review on PD, LGD, and CCF change, application scorecard implemention, B-score enhance, and etc.
    o Coordinating with project sponsors and business stakeholders in the prioritization and detail of deliveries while at the same time collaborating with other project stakeholders and consistent and focus on risk system implementation
    o Determine testing needed to assure the functionality and integrity, create test plans, evaluate testing results, taking corrective action as necessary.
    o Facilitating and managing the Decision Management Solution (DMS) prioritization forum to deliberate on the Change Requests and issues pertaining to the DMS. This including Rules deployment, impact assessment, planning, configuration, testing and monitoring.

    Job Requirements

    o A recognized degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or any equivalent professional qualification.
    o Familiar with data mining activities and programming language (i.e. SAS, SQL, R, Pyton, etc) and/or any object-oriented programming skills.
    o Good in logical thinking and communication skills.
    o Exposure to IT systems and implementation projects.
    o Experience in Decision Management Engine or Credit Scoring Engine will be added advantage.
    o Experience in Credit Decision Application scorecard implementation, Behaviour Scorecard, Basel II and IFRS9 will be added advantage.
    o Good time management and able to work independently and multi-tasking.
    o Possess good communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
    o Pro-actively learning new technical skills and knowledges.
