    Description

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
    • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
    • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
    • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
    • Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.
    • Analyze risks and opportunities.
    • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
    • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
    • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
    • Thai languages consultation and system training to new implementation customer for the system package customer subscripted.
    • Ensure all customer integration specific issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources to resolve in a timely fashion.
    • Lead communications/expectations to customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships.
    • Take ownership of issues reported for resolution, working with development team as necessary.
    • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
    • Participation and partner with trainer in providing training (Thai) to customers as required.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
    • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
    • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
    • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
    • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement.
    • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
    • A fast learner with strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills.
    • Outstanding customer service, organizational, communication skills (written and verbal skills) and excellent phone manner in Thai.
    • Resourceful, high energy, independent-minded, can-do attitude.
    • Hardworking, Goal orientated and responsible.
    • Self-starter and have a good teamwork attitude.
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Willing to work flexible hours as when required.
    • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is added advantage.
