- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.
- Analyze risks and opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Thai languages consultation and system training to new implementation customer for the system package customer subscripted.
- Ensure all customer integration specific issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources to resolve in a timely fashion.
- Lead communications/expectations to customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships.
- Take ownership of issues reported for resolution, working with development team as necessary.
- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.
- Participation and partner with trainer in providing training (Thai) to customers as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- A fast learner with strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service, organizational, communication skills (written and verbal skills) and excellent phone manner in Thai.
- Resourceful, high energy, independent-minded, can-do attitude.
- Hardworking, Goal orientated and responsible.
- Self-starter and have a good teamwork attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work flexible hours as when required.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is added advantage.
