- Review, establish, monitor, and continuously improve our work process to ensure that we are providing high service levels to clients.
- Ensure KPIs are met.
- Ensure that we always have the latest information and updates on regulatory processes.
- Co-ordinate activities between our Principals and our relevant local offices, through regular communications and meetings to improve rapport with the clients.
- Maintain clear records of all reporting as well as meeting deadline where necessary.
- Ensure all reports and statistics duly assigned and are submitted or sent out on time with accuracy.
- Review weekly updates on outstanding / debtors list with National Manager & GM.
- Must be familiar with HSEQ requirements including ensuring procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Manage all extraordinary requests from Clients.
- Ensure all the vessels assigned by the Manager is covered thoroughly and timely reportings are duly arranged to Principals.
- Oversee and monitor the Tracking systems to ensure all data input is correct and relevant.
- Monitor and ensure job sheets are processed soonest and are in line with requirements from the Finance department.
- Troubleshoot situations deemed problematic or failure to ensure it doesnt happen again.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Manager / HOD.
