- Be the overall MAL Site Patent coordinator, which includes the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle of patent submission processes in MAL.
- Responsible for all accepted IPs by MAL site, partner with HQ patent officer & attorney for the necessary proceedings until the successful Patent filing.
- Be the facilitator & key events organizer for MAL innovation initiatives. Key events should include but not limited to Innovation Day , APTS, TLPF, I Community , Technical panel.
- Be the in-charge person for MAL Innovation TCR budget planning & spending tracking.
- Facilitate & drive InnoNET initiatives among DEV communities to formulate i-project.
- Responsible for timely update & management reporting related to Innovation activities' to Site Management Councils.
- Responsible to manage and track i-Project pipeline in DEV.
- Responsible to inculcate & define framework to cultivate Process Innovation among DEV communities.
- Responsible to connect & strengthen the collaboration with strategic partners (Universities & Suppliers). You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Master's / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Material Science with more than 6 years relevant industry experience, and ideally with semiconductor exposure.
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience. Thereof 4 years of leading projects.
- Very good project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation.
- Sound knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding.
- Ability to lead team to solve complex problem (using 8D, Is-Is Not, FMEA, etc)
