We're seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead a team of developers & tech leads in delivering cutting-edge solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technical direction, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving innovation across the organisation. Key Responsibilities - Be part of the technical discussions
- Provide leadership and management to multiple development streams within an agile setup.
- Build core competencies of the development team across Front-end, Back-end, Integration, and DevOps.
- Collaborate with the Head of Architecture and Head of Development to provide technical solutions and design options.
- Promote engineering excellence by contributing to our Development Centre of Excellence.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices, including Test-Driven Development and automated CI/CD.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster their career development and growth.
- Resolve technical blockers and provide support to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Define and monitor key development metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate closely with agile team counterparts to ensure project success. about the manager / team

skills & experience required - At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position - be it a Tech Lead or an Engineering Manager
- You possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Proven experience building and managing technical teams in an agile environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with & Typescript ecosystem.
- Strong knowledge and experience of DDD, Microservices Architecture - SQL, NoSQL, Design Patterns
- Experienced in code deployment tools (Puppet, Ansible, and Chef).
- Extensive experience with DevOps tools and practices, particularly Azure Cloud, GitHub, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Has built CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud solutions such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
