  • About the role

    We are seeking Korean-speaking HR Shared Services (HRSS) Associates for Data Management and Colleague Support for our upcoming Service Delivery Organisation (SDO) in Malaysia.

    In this role, you will report to the Head of the Shared Services and be involved in our Service delivery center transition/ projects.

  • You will be a pioneer team member and part of Otis World Head Quarters (WHQ) HRSS organization and work with an awesome HR Leadership team.
  • Be responsible for the provision of professional and accurate first-level Colleague Services and HR Data Management information to internal and external customers,
  • Contribute to the achievement of the HR Shared Services objectives and KPIs.
  • Ensure that employees are the heart of everything we do and bring life to the Otis HR Operating Model.

    What you will need to be successful

  • Be a graduate with 4+ years of prior experience working in a high-volume and results-focused administrative environment. Shared Service Centre experience would be an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Have relevant HR experience supporting Korea is preferred with experience working with structured HR processes and procedures, adherence to SLAs with focus on quality and service excellence.
  • Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Korean. For Non-native, preference to be certified in TOPIK (Level 5 minimum).
  • Hands-on experience on HR systems, like Workday and ServiceNow will be an added advantage.
  • Strong MS Office software experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and results-oriented
