Description
Assist with day-to-day operation and administrative tasks to ensure business processes are able to run smoothly

  • Provide documentation support to additional business modules and complete the task within the time frame to minimize disruption of business operations
  • Assist with the preparation and compilation of correspondences, reports, and filing as needed for the protection of record, to provide references, and/ or to settle disputes when the issue arises
  • Other ad hoc task are assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Good in written and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Ability to work in diverse work environment, communicate effectively and build relationship inside the organisation.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office (word, excel & power point)
  • Preferred skill(s): Good communication, interpersonal skills, endless drive to learn.
  • Willing to learn
  • Dedicated and committed in performing the task given

RM700.00 per month
