Job Responsibilities:

Fully compliance and adhere to all company's policies and procedures.
To maintain effective working relationship with all departments.
To learn, understand and master all process design basis (process description, operating parameters, in process quality, intermediate product quality, finished product quality, control strategy, HMB, PFD and P&ID) for all process/operation.
To develop process block diagram which contain mass balance with Fatty Acid Composition.
To learn and understand all plant equipment's characteristic and its engineering design specification.
To learn and understand daily operation activity, procedures and work instruction for all operations.
To learn and understand all finished products quality specification and application.
To closely monitor all process/operation performances by timely and effective data (process and quality) collection and analysis.
To provide regular process/operation performance reports.
To optimize and improve all process/operation performance on EHS, quality, yield, productivity, cost, operation-ability and maintainability.
To proactively identify improvement opportunities.
To seek for management approval on improvement project proposal.
To lead, coordinate and execute the improvement project to achieve its objectives on schedule.
To provide regular improvement project progress update.
To provide technical report upon completion of improvement projects.
To provide technical supports to Production Department.
To know the detail of all production upset incidents.

Note: Process/Operation - Oil splitting, glycerine refinery, fractionation, distillation, hydrogenation, crystallization & filtration, flaking, beading, powder packaging, liquid drumming, liquid unloading & loading, liquid transfer and blending, tank farms and environmental controls

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
Preferably minimum three (3) years working experience as process or production engineer in chemical process operation industries.
Proactive, positive attitude, effective people skills, strong in analytical skills, project management and effective reporting/presentation.

Salary: RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
