- Perform and review accounts payable tasks abide by company's policies and guidelines
- Perform and review settlement and credit control duties
- Trade reports analysis, monitoring account transactions and reconciling balances.
- Support internal control compliance
- Accounting entries & reconciliation
- Continuous improvement/ Process enhancement
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required
- At least a Bachelor's Degree, post graduate certificate in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
- At least 4 years working experience in the related field
- Preferably experience in shared services centre
- Accounting entries and PTP/ Settlement & Credit Control processes.
- Good command of PC knowledge - sophisticated skill in MS office, especially in Ms Excel and Oracle
- Meticulous and ability to perform job with accuracy
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skill
