Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to become a valuable member of our team.

As a Sales Executive, your main objective will be to proactively identify and seize new business prospects while driving sales revenue for our company.

You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to help them achieve their objectives.


Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in the FMCG industry.

Utilize various prospecting methods, such as cold-calling, referrals, and online networking, to expand the client base.

Foster and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure a long-term partnership.

Analyze client requirements and business objectives to offer tailored and effective solutions through our products and services.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.

Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, consistently achieving or surpassing set sales targets.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and enhanced customer satisfaction.


Stay well-informed about the latest industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adapt selling strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.


Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company, build brand awareness, and expand the professional network.

Uphold the highest standard of customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise.

Adhere to the company's sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business dealings.


Qualifications:

Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of strong connections and credibility with clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective presentation and articulation of product/service benefits.

Proven ability to skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, leading to profitable outcomes.

A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to sales activities.

Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced setting.


Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, and familiarity with the FMCG industry or relevant product/service domain is advantageous.


Minimum educational requirement:
Diploma.

A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales experience is required.


Salary:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
